This was my first time getting glasses and the Wonderful staff made it a seamless experience. A helpful young lady got my details and did some initial testing with me before I spoke to the optometrist who was a consummate professional. I was assisted in the selection of my two pairs of glasses by multiple staff members with James being a particular standout. I was a bit self-conscious trying on the various pairs but the staff were lovely and reassuring and I feel confident wearing them out.
