Order Information

Once you have placed an order via. our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

All order confirmations and shipping notifications will be sent to the email used to place the order.

Please refer to the email used to place your order as a tracking email with carrier information and an estimated arrival date will be sent once your order has shipped.

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations may be made to the order.

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@thebeachpeople.com.au and we will be happy to help.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, there will be a charged a fee of $12 for repacking and postage.

The Beach People accepts Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay.

Payment will be deducted from the nominated account straight away. If your payment has not been deducted straight away, sometimes this may happen with third-party payment providers like PayPal Express, please wait a few hours and if it still has not been processed please contact customer service hello@thebeachpeople.com.au  to confirm the payment status. 

The Beach People gift card can be used on The Beach People website only, and is not valid at any stockist.

Gift Cards may only be used via. the website in which they were purchased.

Gift cards are issued as e-gift cards that are sent in an email. Gift cards are issued in specific currencies, for example, an e-gift card issued in the United States is only redeemable on our U.S website. They are not redeemable for cash or traveller's cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. The Beach People disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

Please confirm that the card information as well as the billing information that has been entered is correct.

All of our products are designed in Australia and manufactured in a few beautiful different places all over the world. 

All orders are checked prior to posting. Very rarely, our warehouse team may mistakenly add or omit an item to an order.

Should there be an error in fulfilment, The Beach People will replace the goods at no additional cost to the customer.

All faulty, missing or incorrect items must be reported to Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.
