How do I buy a Gift Card?

There are three options for Sheridan Gift Cards:
Send it directly to the recipient's email address (electronic Gift Card, purchased here)
Send it to your own email address and print it to pass on to the recipient (electronic gift card, purchased here)
Buy a physical Gift Card from a store (not available online, buy from Sheridan Store only)

What is a Sheridan Gift Card and how do I redeem it?

A Gift Card can be either purchased in a Sheridan store or online.
Gift Cards are treated like cash and can be put towards any purchase you make.
Sheridan Gift Cards (which differ to our complimentary members birthday vouchers) come in the form of a physical plastic card, which, like cash, cannot be replaced of lost.

To redeem a Gift Card during checkout, locate the field in the top right hand side and tick the box "Add promo code or gift card". A drop down field will appear. Simply enter the code in the corresponding field and the value will be applied.

Where do I apply my Gift Card details?

You can apply your gift card and promo code information at the checkout under ‘How do you want to pay?'
Type in the barcode number (for a physical gift card) or your Gift Card code (for a gift card you received via email).
Please note: it is best to type these codes in rather than copy and paste them.

I ordered a Gift Card online and the recipient hasn't received it yet.

When a gift card is sent, it can sometimes be automatically filtered through to Junk, Spam or ‘Other' folders within an inbox.
Please advise the recipient to check these folders before contacting customer service.
If the Gift Card still cannot be located, our Customer Service team will assist you. Please contact them with the following details:
- The order number you received when you purchased the Gift Card or the email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from.
- The value of the Gift Card
- The email address the Gift Card was sent to

Are Gift Cards that are ordered online sent physically or digitally?

All Gift Cards can be purchased online here
They are sent digitally via email and can be used both in store and online.

What can I do if I have lost my physical Gift Card or have deleted my electronic Gift Card via email?

Unfortunately, physical Gift Cards are treated like cash and therefore we' are unable to reissue a new one. In the case of a lost electronic Gift Card, please contact our Customer Service team with the following details:
- The email address the Gift Voucher was sent to.
- The email address registered to the account the Gift Card was ordered from
- The value of the Gift Card

What can I do if my gift card (physical or electronic) has expired. Can it be extended?

In the instance where a gift card has expired, we are unable to reissue a new one or extend the timeframe in which it can be used.

The promotional discount is not reflecting properly in my shopping bag. What do I do?

To resolve this, please try the following:
- If you are a Sheridan member, make sure you are logged in.
- Please check that the promotion is applicable to the item(s) you are purchasing.
- Expand the ‘discount tab' in the cart to see which discounts have been applied.
- If you are using a promo code, please type the code in rather than copy and paste

I forgot to add my Gift Card/ promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?

Once an order is processed we cannot retrospectively add a Gift Card or promotional code to the purchase.

The price has changed since I ordered, can I get a refund?

Our prices can fluctuate in response to trends, stock and the demand from our customers.
Due to these changes, we are unable to refund the difference in any price changes from when the item was originally purchased.
