♡ Our new address is 121 Scarborough beach road, Mount Hawthorn, 6016. It is a lovely old house on the corner of Faraday street and Scarborough beach road.

♡ We have to kindly ask all of you to come in to the spa by yourself. We can't accommodate any friends or family in the waiting area. This includes children.

♡ If you are late, we won't be able to go ahead with your treatment because we have to follow a very strict hygiene routine between clients. This includes traffic, rain, parking, work related and personal reasons. Please plan ahead to be on time to your appointment.

♡ If you are feeling unwell or have been around people that are sick, please reschedule your appointment with 48hrs notice. Our therapists can't perform treatments if you are sick. If you decide to come in unwell you will politely be declined and the same rules will apply as "no show".

♡ If you have any requirement regarding your appointment that would affect the chosen therapist, room set up, treatment steps and/or products please let us know at the time of the booking is made. We aren’t able to change and prepare on the day of your appointment. A notice from your end is very important to make sure you receive what you are after and we can get organised for any wishes and requirements.

The above rules are for the health & safety of our clients and therapists. Without these rules we can't perform treatments safely, hygienically and efficiently. If you have any questions please get in touch! Thank you for your understanding.

Booking
You can make your booking by email or on our website through the online booking system.

BY SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR POLICIES.

A reservation deposit is required to secure all bookings. This applies to every client. This must be paid at the time of the booking online. If the payment is not made at the time of the booking, your appointment request will be automatically declined.

Please note we require 48 hours sms or email notice about any cancellation, date and appointment change, treatment or product change.

We have 2 single rooms in our new location.

At the time of the booking please tell us if you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant.

If you have allergies to any ingredient, please inform us at the time of the booking is made so we can change it to a suitable alternative.

Facials

A week before your facial please stop exfoliating your skin with both physical and chemical exfoliants and avoid any strongly stimulating and active home treatments (for example retinol, AHA, BHA, acne treatments etc).

Male guests, please shave on the day of your facial treatments.

We can perform all of our facials at any stage of your pregnancy however it is very important for us to know even if it is in the early weeks.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or reacted to products and treatments previously we have to be informed at the time the booking is made (and not on the day of your facial) so we can be prepared and provide a safe treatment.

Before you book in for a facial please consider the following wait times:

4 weeks - after receiving botox

6 weeks - after receiving fillers

12 weeks - after receiving threads

1 year - after receiving any face lifting and/or surgery and please check in with your doctor, as we will need their approval.

Microdermabrasion & Hydrabrasion Facial -aftercare-

What may occur after your treatment:

  • Some peeling and/or flaky skin may occur after your facial.

  • Keep the skin well hydrated by using pure & natural (alcohol, perfume and toxin free) products.

  • You may experience breakouts within a few days. This is completely normal as the treatment is drawing the impurities to the surface giving you a clearer result once the breakouts have settled.

  • You might find your skin looking a little red/pink and/or sensitive after. This will settle down in a few hours.

Please avoid:

  • The direct sun for 24 hours and make sure you use a minimum of SPF 30 sunscreen.

  • Strenuous activities/exercise on the day, sweating can irritate your skin.

  • Exfoliating for a week and using products containing AHA, BHA, glycolic or lactic acid. Your skin has just been deeply exfoliated and may react and cause sensitivity or stinging sensation.

  • Facial waxing, IPL, laser or skin needling treatments for at least a week after your treatment.

  • Trauma such as scratching or picking at the treated area.

*If you need to use make up after your treatment, please use natural ingredients and a light application.*

Parking
Free parking is available right in front of the spa, and plenty of free 3 hour parking is available on Faraday street. 3 hour parking is available at the Oxford street carpark which is a 2min walk from us. This carpark’s address is 394 Oxford St, Mount Hawthorn WA 6016

We can not take responsibility if you are late or can not find a parking on time.

Children
We love kids but unfortunately do not offer any crèche services, so babies and children need to be left at home. We as a day spa need a quiet and relaxing environment for all our clients, plus spa tools, hot wax and treatment machines can be very dangerous for little ones. If you arrive with your child, we won’t be able to do your appointment and same rules will apply as for “no show”.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment as late arrival may reduce your treatment time. In the interest of other spa guests, please turn mobile phones off or silent. We will take care of your belongings, but can not take responsibility for loss or damage. If you have any items that are particularly expensive it may be best to leave it at home.

Guests suffering from infections, intoxication or flu will not be permitted to have treatments at Limon Health & Beauty Spa for the safety of your own health and our staff members. If you arrive unwell and we can't proceed with your treatment, our cancellation policy applies.

Payment
As payment we accept cash, eftpos, visa, bankcard, Amex or MasterCard - (surcharge applies for card payments). Unfortunately we don't accept personal cheques. 

We try to keep our website and price lists up to date, however the management has the right to change any prices without notice.

Consultation & Privacy
In the interest of client care, before your first treatment a consultation form must be completed and signed. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and prescription medication you are taking. Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. All the conversations and information of your consultation form will remain confidential.

Our Treatments
Treatments are suitable for women, men and teenagers. Not all treatments are suitable for pregnant woman, please ask our friendly staff about the details and pregnancy safe options. Full body massages and dry body brushing are not recommended in the first trimester.

Male guests, please shave on the day of your facial treatments.

Underwear must be worn for all treatments.

In April ‘23 we have moved to a new location. This space has 2 single rooms, which means we can do 2 appointments at the same time in separate rooms.

If you do arrive late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced in order to accommodate an on-time start for our next guest.

Group Bookings
We can do 2 treatments at the same time, if you have a group of 4, we can swap while the first duo enjoys some tea in our lounge. The whole spa is yours at this time.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
When rescheduling or cancelling appointments we require a minimum 48 hours notice.
Any cancellations, rescheduling or change after the required time, or any failure to attend your appointment, will result in the loss of the reservation fee, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed. If you give us 48hrs+ notice, the reservation fee can be refunded or transferred to another appointment at a later date. 

Please note we can’t accept cancellations within 48hrs for personal reasons (for example - change in work, roster, family events or baby sitting cancellations). Thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel or change within 48hrs we will ask for a reservation deposit payment for any future appointments regardless of the duration of the service.

Gift Vouchers
Please note - we no longer sell gift vouchers as of november 2022.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend appointments will result in gift vouchers becoming void or have the value of the cancelled treatment deducted. The gift voucher number must be provided at the time of booking. Gift vouchers will expire 3 years from date of purchase unless otherwise written. Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase products or used in conjunction with special offers, unless it is written and approved by the management. No refunds or monetary returns will be given. Limón Spa will not be liable for any gift vouchers lost, stolen or damaged.
